The mix of craftsmanship and technology was necessary to speed up the processes and to be able to optimise costs and satisfy the constant requests of customers. In addition to the various sewing machines that are part of industry 4.0 technology, we also have compact automatic cutting machines that blend together all the advantages of continuous processing cycle on the conveyor belt. By moving the conveyor belt and collecting the pieces on the rear table, the three operations of placement, cutting and collection are obtained simultaneously, thus optimising productivity. During the interactive placement, the operator examines the quality and characteristics of the leather under full led lighting. Finally there is also the automatic gluing machine, equipped with a drying tunnel and internal air recirculation to minimize consumption.

Perfect temperature control inside the oven reduces drying times. On the carpet, the materials to be glued are automatically transported to the spraying phase where they are uniformly sprayed, thus guaranteeing the absolute absence of dust in the area surrounding the machine.
